Rock from Wisconsin. This artisan cave-aged Blue Cheese is made from
certified organic
cow’s milk right from the farm. The raw milk product is aged a minimum
of 120 days
before we carefully hand-wax and package to ensure a fresh, creamy
flavor.
The Blue Cheese is packaged in a convenient, waxed 5.5oz. (app.) wedge
to offer an
attractive package at a competitive price point. In addition to the
plain Blue we also
offer a natural, hickory smoked flavor.
