Italian cheeses

At Blaser’s some of our Italian-style cheeses are imported from Italy and some are made right here in Wisconsin. The more aged the cheese becomes, the more intense flavor it has and the more granular the texture becomes. Italian cheeses are wonderful with crusty, chewy breads or grated and tossed in savory pasta dishes. So many wines compliment our Italian cheeses, reds and whites alike.
